This refund policy applies to One Accessibility and other digital products sold by BdThemes, consistent with the policy published at bdthemes.com/refund-policy.

Try before buying

We encourage you to try free versions on WordPress.org where available and to ask questions via contact or BdThemes support before purchasing.

60-day money-back guarantee

BdThemes offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on qualifying purchases. If a product no longer benefits you or causes trouble, you may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase. We may invite you to a short conversation to learn what went wrong and improve our products — participation is appreciated but does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

Please note

  • Refund processing may take a short time while we coordinate with payment processors; we may offer to resolve issues first.
  • We may refuse refunds where fraud, abuse, or violation of company policies is suspected.
  • The refund window is 60 days from purchase for standard and promotional packages unless stated otherwise.
  • Renewals and license upgrades are non-refundable.
  • Special offers or events may have predefined refund rules; refunds for those purchases are only accepted within the parameters stated at the time of purchase.

Automatic renewal

Premium products may renew yearly. If auto-renewal is enabled (e.g. via PayPal or Stripe), the subscription may renew and charge automatically. No refund is available for automatic renewal charges once processed; turn off auto-renewal in your account before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Expired licenses may lose access to downloads, extensions, and support until renewed.

Special promotion events

Events (e.g. limited-time offers) may have additional rules. Typically: refund requests for event purchases must be made within the offer period; after the offer ends, refunds may not be accepted for those purchases. See Terms of Use and BdThemes’ published event terms when applicable.

Acceptance

Purchasing means you have read and agree to this policy and related terms. If you disagree, please do not complete the purchase. For refund requests, contact BdThemes support; allow up to 2 business days for a response (up to 4 during holidays).
